When your friends click on your link, they will be redirected to the ArtiTree® online shop . A window will automatically open displaying a coupon worth €20 . Your friends can use this coupon directly for their first order from ArtiTree® and save €20 thanks to you.
As soon as your friends have placed an order in the ArtiTree® online shop, you will automatically receive an email with a coupon worth €20. If your friends like their order and don't return it within 30 days of delivery, you can redeem your coupon.
You have two options for how you can redeem your €20:
Variant 1: You can use the coupon for your next order. Our range is constantly expanding. This variant is possible indefinitely.
Variant 2: You can forward the email with your coupon to service@jbm-season.de and we will subsequently refund you €20 per coupon for the order you have already placed. Please provide us with your name and order number in the email so that we can locate your order more quickly and refund the amount. The maximum amount that can be refunded with this option is the amount of your last order(s).
CASE EXAMPLE - FINN
Step 1: Finn orders an artificial Christmas tree from ArtiTree® for €49.99.
Step 2: Finn enters his email and receives a link for his friends.
Step 3: Finn sends the link to his friends.
Step 4: Finn's friends click on the link and go to the ArtiTree® online shop. A window will automatically open displaying a coupon worth €20.
Step 5: Finn's friends use this coupon directly for their first order at ArtiTree® and save €20 thanks to Finn.
Step 6: After Finn's friends have ordered something, Finn automatically receives an email from ArtiTree® with a coupon worth €20 for each order from his friends.
Step 7: If Finn's friends like their order and do not return it within 30 days of delivery, Finn can redeem his coupon(s).
Step 8: Finn's friends are happy with their order and kept it. Finn would like to redeem his coupon(s) now. Finn decides on option 2 and would like to have his coupon(s) credited towards the Christmas tree he ordered for €49.99.
Step 9: Finn forwards the email from ArtiTree® with a coupon worth €20 to service@jbm-season.de and also writes his name and order number in the email.
Step 10: Finn will subsequently receive a €20 refund from ArtiTree® to his original payment method. So Finn has now only paid €29.99 for his artificial Christmas tree.
Step 11: However, Finn received another coupon worth €20. So Finn repeats steps 9 and 10. Now Finn has only paid €9.99 for his artificial Christmas tree.
Step 12: After a few weeks, Finn receives another coupon worth €20. Finn repeats steps 9 and 10 again. However, Finn will now only receive a refund of €9.99 from ArtiTree® to his original payment method and will receive a new coupon worth €10.01 for the ArtiTree® online shop. Finn has now paid €0 for his artificial Christmas tree and also received a coupon for the ArtiTree® online shop, which he can redeem at any time if necessary.
Step 13: Until his next order at ArtiTree®, Finn only has option 1 available to redeem his coupons.
